Processing Time:

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at lilylou7877@gmail.com so that we can promptly handle your concern for resolution. 

 We only offer shipment to the United States. No international shipping is available.

 *Exceptions to these rates may include oversized items, with deviations from standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

Processing Time:

Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Our goal is to ship promptly  If an item in your order is determined to be out of stock, Lily’s will promptly notify you.  You can choose to have a full refund or wait till the item is in stock.

Damaged Items:

Please report damaged items to lilylou7877@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. Pending review the item cost will be refunded.

Missing Items:

Please report missing items to lilylou7877@gmail.com with a photo of the packing slip within 7 days of delivery. Missing items will be replaced when possible or refunded if needed.
